I went to the venue and paid using my rewards night plus additional payment but no Richville Hotel was found in the address. There's another hotel with a different name but I wouldn't want to stay there with that new name in case so I requested to just refund my payment and return my 1 free rewards night used.

Richville Hotel is already closed
This property has been taken over by Eurotel. Dont book this. Eurotel stff will not find your reservation and Hotels.com staff will give you a hard time for a refund.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, it was dirty, mold in bathroom, extremely loud and inconsistent air conditioning, mosquitoes inside property and room, extremely noisy (load banging on metal at 4:00 AM) (loud vehicles and honking all night and early morning), poor cable, no refrigerator, no microwave and realistically no gym (an exercise bike from the 70s, a few weights and bench).
I ended up leaving early and going to another hotel although I had already paid for a longer stay.
