A favorite of mine. It's very spacious and old-fashioned. Has a pleasant library smell to it. The bathroom has a nice tub, and there is a balcony as well. The bed is very comfortable.

The Unit is well kept and very clean, very spacious, Staff are all very helpful and friendly. They all made sure that we felt welcome and comfortable. Very attentive to our needs too when this occurs. Breakfast is very basic but good enough to fill you up. Staff in the breakfast area were all friendly. Gym is open 24/7. Very closed to the Mall-Robinsons 2-3 minutes walk. Although it is very closed to the red light district of Malate but you will not feel its close proximity and you will not hear any noise at all.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. All I will say is I love this place...have always stayed here for 15 years...it's my favourite hotel in all of Philippines.. Fantastic self contained suites magnificent maintained pool by Jun and staff...excellent staff all over...300 metres from.Robinsons.. The one and only thing wrong with this hotel is the owner charges too much for pool drinks and service charges....but apart from that...I love it

The room had a bad smell when we checked in. They used room deodorizer. The front room area had no A/C. The front desk and client service people were friendly, kind and delightful. The room was clean but the mattress was a bit stiff.

This hotel was an unexpected surprise. It was very clean with wonderful suites and kitchen facilities and large living areas in the rooms. For the price, this hotel is worth it if you need a place to stay in downtown Manila.
