La peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel
No vayan a ir a ese hotel!
Cuando llegamos no tenían disponible la habitación que reservé y pagué con antelación, aun cuando el día anterior había llamado para confirmar y me dijeron que todo estaba ok. Se demoraron más de 1 hora en habilitarnos un cuarto con las camas necesarias para los 3 (viaje familiar), y cuando llegó la hora de dormir descubrimos que a 1 cama no le habían cambiado sábanas y estaba llena de pelos!! Otra hora más esperando, cuando eran más de las 23 hrs. y queríamos descansar.
Esa habitación que nos dieron tenía problemas de ruido externo e interno. Tenían ahí mismo la central de cámaras de vigilancia cuyo ventilador sonaba muy fuerte. En la 2da noche la apagué y me llamaron a la habitación a la medianoche para pedirme que las prenda 10 minutos para revisar algo! Después de todo el problema del primer día, la segunda noche me despertaron!!
A todo esto, dejaron solo 2 toallas en la ducha (eramos 3) y no dejaremos toallas de mano.
Otra sorpresa: cuando llegamos no había parqueadero en el lugar y solo te ofrecían ir a 3 cuadras a dejarlo a un lugar que te cobraba en el día!! Entonces Hotels ofrece algo que no es y por lo que yo justamente había considerado al tomar la decisión de ir a ese lugar: tuve que pagar por un parqueadero del que tenía que volver caminando 3 cuadras. Insólito.
El desayuno pobre y siempre el mismo.
La atención mala. Pocas personas para hacerse cargo de las necesidades de todos los huéspedes que tienen.
