Close proximity to Xfinity Center was the biggest reason I chose this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and nice the room was. Great stay!

the rooms were exceptionally clean, beds were big and comfy, spacious fridge, microwave , lots of dishwater and such to cook and eat. Highly recommend staying here as an alternative to the marriot

Clean hotel and staff was helpful although you have check-in at the neighboring hotel. But they were extremely helpful. There was a male daytime manager who followed us around twice which was kind of odd.

The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable and spacious. We loved how close it was the the Xfinity Center, we were able to walk there and back and didn’t have to worry about post concert traffic.

I liked they style of the space. If I was staying longer and with my family, it would have been perfect. The kitchenette was cute and looked like it had even basic thing I would have needed. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I think i found confusing was, there was no ventilation in the bathroom. I take hot showers and it steamed up pretty good. Other than that, it was a nice quiet stay. When I called for something that I ran out of, they came up quickly to bring it. I would definitely stay again.

Brand new hotel was clean and the perfect location. Had issue with the AC not working in room 203. Location is perfect to walk to a concert and Xfinity Center about 15 mins away.

its a new construction but so much lint dust from bed sheets and pillows. My son and wife had trouble sleeping. There is no staff in the building but apprantly the Fairfield hotel next door takes care of check in. The staffs were very accommodating and were empathetic about the situation. They wanted to help but the manager who could only have helped the situation didnt show up in time (waited from 6 30 am to 9 30 am). they ended up change the sheets and vacuum the room but we had to runt to Target to buy mattress cover and lint roller

Everything was great, place was clean, check in was easy. My only issue was I called down for bedding for the pull out couch and waited 30 mins, Went down to the front desk and re asked for bedding they said they would send it up, again waited 30 mins still no bedding. Finally was going back down to complain and found housekeeping in the hall and then received bedding 10 mins later

This was a brand new property and we only stayed one night. The checkin instructions on the site were not what was needed but a quick call to the property and it was all set. It was a great rate and we stayed there due to the walking distance to the xfinity center, an easy 20 min with police helping at crossings during the show times!

Very clean and well appointed suite. Had a private office area and kitchenette with utensils, plates, cups, and glasses. Even had dishwasher with cleaners. Extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed but, no extra pillow for said bed. There was limited “front desk” service and you may have to go to fairfield inn located next door. Otherwise, Very comfortable and meticulously clean room. Would totally stay again!

Once able to check into the room- it was fine. However, check in was at 4, a friend and I were staying before a concert and arrived at 5 to check in and get ready. We were told they didn’t have any rooms ready and likely won’t until after the concert. I understand they can’t control the amount of house keepers they have on staff, however, letting the guests know would have been appreciated. We were also not told you had to go across the street to Marriot to check in- there was no sign or anything- if someone hadn’t been walking out to tell us- we would have stood there a while waiting. Overall- I have never had such a poor check in experience.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, we stayed at both xstay and the Marriott next store that is a sister company and there was some differences we preferred at one place over the other, the things we liked were the products in the bathroom were nicer but we didn’t like that there wasn’t extra toilet paper in the room sense there is no one downstairs to bring more if needed, if they would be able to have an accessible closet outside of our rooms for linens that would also be nice considering there was no one to bring us more if needed. Also did not care for no garbage bags in the trash cans. We did like how nice the room was overall, but we also had issues with the tv that we could not use and it was not resolved. The pricing for the room was reasonable for what they had to offer.
