“As soon as you enter, the entire hotel blows your mind away. It is stunning and gives you a tropical island feel. The room itself gives a relaxing atmosphere.”

“Great views from the hotel, pool was relaxing but iguanas get extremely close to guests even scratched another guest. Room was clean, but only charging outlet was in the bathroom or behind the fridge very inconvenient. Staff was not present at the front desk during staffed hours, we waited at least twenty minutes before a staff member would arrive and they do not offer refunds or accommodations to change booking dates.”

“We had an amazing time in Costa Rica. This property was clean, view was amazing, staff was super helpful. I'm giving it 5 stars but I do want to note some things for travelers: 1) Parking is extremely difficult due to small parking area. The staff is there to help navigate, but keep that in mind. 2) If you come back late, the parking gate may be locked and it's difficult to get the security guards attention to open it (front desk is gone at a certain time). “It was a bit confusing to find it but the staff was very nice and help full. On the weekend nights it is noisy with all the life music but by 10:00 P.M it is nice and quiet. The room was nice and big. ”
