"The shuttle boat leaves at 12:30, and checkin is at 14:00? I can only guess it's a cash grab to force people to get lunch at the hotel's restaurant. Checkin was chaotic. "We were quite disappointed with our stay. We arrived and only after contacting the property via phone, being asked to send a whatsapp message and sending proof of identity, were we given check in instructions and help actually finding the entrance to the property.
