“This property is poorly maintained to the extent you won’t even have a bar of soap to wash your hands. The room was musty, smelled of smoke even though I booked non-smoking. There wasn’t even a remote for the tv. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The key had to be reset every time I tried to enter the room.
