"Elevator was out and desk clerk didn't tell us at check-in. He didn't give any information such as how the wifi works or even where our room was located and best way to access it. I had to ask. As a front desk agent myself, his lack of hospitality was appalling. The room and bathroom was smaller than expected, but clean and adequate for an overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great!"

The site said they had breakfast, hot tub, and a pool. There was no breakfast, hot tub, or pool and the staff was very rude in letting us know it. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone regardless of price because they double it in their refundable fees they dont return to you."
