"My shower was cold at about 1030am. I told the staff at the counter that the shower was cold and that the shower faucet blender-valve was pulling out of the wall and the curtain rod was also pulling out of the wall. She really did not care, so I don't know if maintenance was every told."

"Hotel was extremely clean, beds are comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast, and free parking."

"Absolutely filthy Build up in all corners Cleaned up some water off the floor and the towel was brown from the floor Walls are peeling Window and screen are busted Ac and heating broken and rusty Smoking in non smoking room/area I know you guys are out dated and low cost but truck stop bathrooms are cleaner than this room."

"You walked in and you were in awe of the how well lite up and clean it looked and smelled: fresh and inviting (I been in a few places where the smell was horrific) The staff was extremely helpful and glad to see us. Opened the door to the room and my wife and I felt like royalty, it was so nice. We give hands up for the shades that made it completely dark in the room so you can sleep and no smelly curtains. The texts to see how we are doing and if need anything was so considerate. We are staying here from now on when we come to see our granddaughter from now on. Oh, forgot the breakfast hands down fresh and delicious, actually went back for seconds then went back to my room to sleep it off. :) :)"
