โI really liked the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially at the start of my stay when they went the extra mile to help with my taxi from the airport. During my stay they were also helpful with suggestions about what to do in Naples and courteous and friendly in the mornings at breakfast. โThe hotel experience was amazing - the staff who works there is extremely attentive and wonderful! They are eager to give you recommendations for places to eat and visit, and assist you with anything you need.
The breakfast was wholesome and the rooms are clean with smart TV and really good AC, not to mention very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience we experienced was the mini fridge did not work.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!โ

โApart from the sometimes too-much room fragrance (and opening the window to the small balcony helped of course), this was a great stay and value. Especially if you have to visit the US consulate, which is literally right in front, the convenience is unmatched. Their whatsapp communication was clear and when I had a question, their reply was prompt and helpful. Right off the lungomare to walk to the center but not stuck in tourist land. Excellent pizza restaurant two minutes' walk away: 50 Kalo.โ

Al llegar es un poco confuso ya que es un edifico viejo y es como una vecindad al entrar. Hay que pagar 10 cรฉntimos para usar el elevador. Uno tiene que subir sus maletas 1 piso al llegar. Ya en el hotel no hay queja. Un lugar muy bonito con staff muy amable y una sala de cafรฉ espectacular. Camas muy muy cรณmodas . Un poco retirado del centro. Esperen caminar. โ
