Very convenient location, excellent shopping & food very close by. Just an important thing to note-there are a lot of stairs & no elevator. Biagio is very helpful & pleasant, and we would stay again except without an elderly person who has trouble walking up stairs.

The rooms were modern and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t like the room on the first night as it was away from our kids so they gladly moved us near to them next morning. Bagio was very helpful and arranged all the transfers and tours. Btw the breakfast was great. Overall we had a great time.

Nice place, but limited staff support

The hotel itself is wonderful and the location is top notch. There were just 2 or 3 small things that could have been better. Some of the staff, while extermely helpful and nice did not speak english requiring me to translate questions with an app on my phone. It's also worth noting that there is no after-hours support - at one point my key stopped working, and calling the number for the hotel just rang the phone in the reception where I was standing. Had I not had a second key I would have been stuck there for the night! Also the shower had terrible water pressure and was often not able to produce hot water. After a long day in Naples when all you want is a good shower this was very disappointing. The breakfast at a nearby cafe was always nice and if the shower was better I would probably stay here again.

Although the rooms at Agra Suites were pleasant, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The arranged transfer was late, and the driver seemed unsure of the destination. On arrival at night, we discovered there was no elevator and had to carry heavy suitcases up two or three very steep flights of stairs. Only one staff member was present, and while she kindly helped us, she left at 10:00 pm, leaving the property completely unattended until the next day. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

Friendly, professional, super helpful staff. Great location, walkable to stores, dock and restaurants. Was not an issue for us but lots stairs to walk to lobby if you have mobility issues. Had to use a garage for parking. Nice breakfast included. Would highly recommend!!!

Nice hotel in Piazza dei Martiri

Very nice hotel in a posh area, many restaurants & fancy shops nearby. Close to the sea, perfect for morning runs. The hotel itself was very quiet (no noise from the adjacent rooms), but the area can get a bit loud during the weekends. Breakfast is served in a cafeteria just outside the hotel. Overall a very pleasant and smooth stay.

Hotel bom com quarto bom porém café da manha ruim

Bom hotel e boa localização. Café da manhã muito fraco. Não é servido no hotel mas em um restaurante ao lado. Você escolhe o que tem no cardápio que já é super limitado. Não pode repetir nada. Praticamente inexistente café da manhã.
