They are still acting like it's 2020 still. So it is a "no contact" check in process. The place was clean enough. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything you need to cook.

After booking, pool stopped working and we were unable to use during our stay. Staff did notify prior to arrival, but no discount or refund was given, just a suggestion that the restaurant next door had a pool for customers. Staff answered requests promptly. Noise was minimal, close location to restaurants and grocery. Linens were clean.

Spent a week and a half here. Practical, clean and comfortable accommodations with a well maintained pool with water and 7 Mile Bridge view. Comfortable beds with quality linens, full kitchen and living/dining area. Easily accessible to groceries, restaurants etc while still being in a quiet and relaxing location that feels well removed. Innkeeper Morgan was a delight. I hope to return.

I would not recommend staying at this motel if you expect any on-site assistance when problems arise. The check-in process was completely online, and there were no staff members present at the property after the housekeeping employee left in the afternoon. Check-in itself was smooth, and we left our bags and went out. However, when we returned to our room later that night, we heard strange noises and eventually discovered a very large crab inside the room. At around 11 PM, I called the emergency number provided during check-in. Instead of offering assistance, I was told that nobody was available to come to the property and that my husband and I would have to deal with the animal ourselves. During the call, they initially suggested that we might have brought the crab into the room and later claimed they were “just joking.” They then advised us to use a shoe or broom to remove it ourselves. The crab was really large, was not moving out of the room, and I was not comfortable handling a wild animal on my own. The most concerning part of this experience was realizing that there was nobody available on-site to help with emergencies or unexpected situations. We were effectively told that no one could assist until the next morning. If you stay here, be aware that you may be completely on your own if something goes wrong after business hours. Additionally, an extra $20 fee was charged at check-in. This was a very stressful experience and not the level of support I expect when

The riom was ok . Beds were comfy n clean. They responded very quickly to requests like towel exchange. The overall condition of our unit was odd. It looks like a severely unqualified remodel job and light fixtures came out of a dumpster.. overall, clean but we did experience a few bugs in our cabinets and our request for kitchen utensils , like a microwable bowl was a big request. Odd. We probably would pass the next time.
