Enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean. Other reviews I read said it was old and dated. That's technically accurate, but it was clean and comfortable and and in good repair. And such a great value. I would definitely stay again.

The entire experience was fantastic, I live in Idaho and my 12 year old grandson lives in Stockbridge, GA . I searched for specific amenities when I booked this getaway months ago, was NOT disappointed. The staff were amazing, our villa was great, fishing at the marina and the folks working there was the highlight of his trip, he wanted to fish and on our last day we went to the marina and fished for hours. He learned and practiced casting, baiting and patience. Also how to unsnag and re line a pole. The man inside , sorry; I forgot your name; he was great, he came down and checked on us several times gave advice, was very friendly and helpful, The gal working was also great.. Friendly, Kind and had a listening ear. Thank you both for the amazing day and memories made with my grandson. Loved the centralized location, and he already wants to come back next year for double the time

We booked our 4 night stay at Golf Club Villas a few months prior knowing that it can be hard to find a place during the Pickens County Sheriff's Jeepfest. We had stay in a similar unit the year before through a different company and booked knowing that it was a good value. The photos looked more dated than I would have liked but we were pleasantly surprised. The bedrooms had just been updated, great beds and bedding. Decor is basic and bathrooms and kitchens are still dated but appliances were newer and everything worked perfectly. Super clean unit, room for 2 vehicles and convenient for us. I would book again in a heartbeat!

Great having 2 king beds. The villas show their age with the fact there aren’t many power outlets. Parking can be a bit of a challenge if you have a bigger vehicle or truck. Hard to turn around. Recommend backing in to the parking spots. Great overall place to stay for a few days for the convenience of a full kitchen and space. Nice view of the golf course. Quiet. Older stove, but functional. A bit of a walk from the parking spots to the front door. The outdoor automatic lights don’t always come on, but doable if you leave the porch light on.

I booked this reservation and never received check in instructions. I called the management company and was told to go to the golf villas office. I went there at 4pm and door was locked and no one there. Myself and the management company called from 4pm to 10pm and never got a response. So there I was in the middle of Georgia with no place to stay. I am in the business and I feel strongly you should not rent with this company.

This was a lovely place to stay-- once we found it. The check-in process is very unclear, even after completing the requested online check-in ahead of time. The address listed in the listing isn't the actual location of the property itself, but the office, so plan to be several miles away from where you think you'll be. Communication was terrible overall. We also didn't understand that a 10:00 check-out time meant delivering the keys to the office before that time and completing a checklist of tasks first. The property itself was wonderful. Our kids loved the loft, the scenery was great, the kitchen was well-equipped, and we would absolutely go back again -- especially now that we know where it is and can skip the hour of confusion about how to get keys and find the property. If the owners offered better communication in advance and better service on the phone, this would have been the perfect stay.

The stay was terrible and I want a full refund. There were ants in our bed severe stains on the cushions of the furniture. The unit was left unlocked including after maintenance came in to make repairs leaving our personal property unsecured!! Many many other damaged areas of the unit.
