Otelin isminin farklı olması ile başlayan olumsuzluklar ; odanın kirli olması, fotoğraflarla alakasız olması ve hiçbir yiyecek-içecek olmaması ile devam etti maalesef.. Tamamen paranla rezil olacağın bir otel, bence verilen parayı kesinlikle hakketmiyor. Bir daha asla!

Gezilebilecek yerlere yakın konumda ancak işletme olarak eksik şeyleri var. Kendilerini geliştirmeleri gerekiyor. Ücret açısından bu fiyata daha güzel ve kahvaltısı olan bir yerde kalabilirdik.

Oteli şubat ayı içerisinde almama rağmen 24 Nisan tarihinde otel tarafından arandım sistemde karışıklık olması sebebiyle odamızın olmadığı söylendi ve bizi başka otele transfer ettiler. Petra şah konağı orası da otele saat 19 gibi giriş yaptık otelde sıcak su yoktu odada telefon çekmiyordu. Onu geçtim de muhtemelen bizim odayı otel biz erken giriş yapmadığımız için daha yüksek fiyatla başkasına satmış. Yaşadığımız mağduriyetimiz anlık gezi planlarında sıkıntı yaşamamak için anlık bildirmedim ama kaldığım otele ilettim. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Hotels üzerinden yapılan bu satış işlemini de bilerek başkasına satan otel ile ilgili işlem yapılmasını talep ediyorum.

İsmi farkli bir otelde otel Reyyan'a yonlendirildik.Dismond Taj diye bir otel Mardin de yok.Tuttugumuz odanin 2 versiyon alti ufak manzarasiz bir odaya yerlestirildik.Buyuk ugrasilar ile odamizı degistirtebilfik.Bu ugrasilarim sonucu agbi cok zor bir adamsin hitabi ile karsilaztim.sadece rezillikti 2 mardin gecesi.size ulasim imkaninin olmamasi da ayri bir rezillik.ziteni,den bundan sonra Allah uzak tutsun.
