Exceptionally clean. Great rooftop, great walkable location. The owner helped us to organize a driver for Dara or a tour if you needed. They appear to be doing even more upgrades as time goes.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Unfortunately, the constant noise completely ruined our stay. The hotel is on a very busy street with extremely poor sound insulation, so you hear traffic, honking, people shouting throughout the day and night. We had a terrible night’s sleep and could not rest properly at all. This is clearly an ongoing issue due to the location and inadequate window insulation. If you value quiet and restful sleep, be aware of this before booking.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Leyli Divan Konağı with our family of five. The hotel is new, clean, and cozy. Our favorite feature was the easy access to the rooftop, which has a self-service kitchen and is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the beautiful views of Mardin after sunset. A few helpful notes for future guests: * There is no elevator, so stairs are required to access both the entrance and rooms, a common feature of many hotels in Old Mardin. * Wi-Fi is available, although the signal can be weak. * The hotel does not have dedicated parking, but free street parking may be available depending on the day and time, while paid parking is about a 5–10-minute walk away.

Mardinin tarihi ara sokakları çok kirli. Bunun aksine kaldığım otel ve oda temizdi. Çalışanlar kibardı. Mardin’de bazı esnaflar bakışlarıyla insanı rahatsız ediyorken bu işletmede öyle rahatsız edici bir bakışla karşılaşmadım.Ancak kaldığım odada içerden dışarıya ve dışarıdan içeriye çok rahat ses gidip geliyordu.

Un hotel donde te sientes como en casa. Quiero destacar la hospitalidad y amabilidad de todo su equipo, sobre todo Omer y Aynur, que fueron como una familia para mi en Mardin. Agradezco mucho su cuidado y atención durante toda mi estancia, que fue muy agradable y placentera gracias a ustedes. El hotel tiene la mejor ubicación, cerca de todos los lugares mas importantes en la vieja ciudad. La habitación muy comoda e impecable, todo perfectamente limpio y ordenado y una decoracion muy acorde con el estilo de la ciudad de Mardin. No puedo expresar mas que buenos comentarios de este hotel, que lo recomiendo totalmente. Cuando regrese a Mardin, difinitivamente volvere a este maravilloso hotel, Gracias Omer y Aynur, los llevaré siempre en mi corazon 💛

Otel, Eski Mardin’in tam merkezinde yer alıyor. Konumu çok güzel, odaları geniş ve özellikle balkon manzarası harikaydı. Fiyatına göre gerçekten beklentimin çok üzerindeydi. Daha önce çevredeki farklı otellerde de konakladım ancak memnun kalmadığım için bu oteli denemek istedim. İyi ki de tercih etmişim. Odalarda kesinlikle rutubet ya da nem kokusu yoktu ve temizlik de oldukça iyiydi. Kahvaltısı ise hem çok çeşitli hem de oldukça lezzetliydi. Mardin’e tekrar geldiğimde gönül rahatlığıyla yine bu oteli tercih ederim. Tavsiye ederim.

Otelde geçirdiğimiz 2 gece boyunca her şeyden memnun kaldık. Özellikle otel sorumlusu Ömer Bey'e ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Konaklamamız boyunca her konuda ilgili, güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklıydı. Kendinizi bir otelde değil de, evinde misafir ağırlayan bir arkadaşınızın yanında gibi hissettiriyor. Misafir memnuniyetine gerçekten önem verdiği her halinden belli oluyor. Bu sıcak yaklaşımı, otelin teras sayesinde tatilimiz çok daha keyifli geçti. Ayrıca otelin terasında vakit geçirmek ayrı bir keyifliydi. Mardin'i hissedebiliyorsunuz. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Otel tertemizdi, çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi, tek sorun çarşı içinde olduğu için gürültüye maruz kalıyorsunuz ancak tüm gün gezip akşam otele gelecek bir planınız varsa sorun yaşamazsınız geceleri sakinleşiyor çarşı. Tekrar gelince yine aynı oteli tercih edeceğim. Herkese iyi tatiller.

Eşim ile 1 gün konakladık çok memnun kaldık odalar bakımlı,personel ilgili akşam vakti teras da sınırsız çay ücretsiz manzaraya karşı içmek efsane iyi geldi. Yolum düşer ise tekrar dan gidebileceğim yer fiyatı gayet uygun böyle bir otel için.

Otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Her konuda çok yardımcı oldular ama tuvalet temizliği konusunda biraz daha iyi olmalarını beklerdim. Çalışan abla hem mutfağa hem temizliğe yetişmeye çalışıyordu çok tatlı birisiydi. Ona yardımcı olacak birilerini alırlarsa her şey daha güzel olur diye düşünüyorum.
