"The location was perfect, the food was great, the were free activities every day. The staff was amazing, specially people at the front desk, Joana, Antonia and Kelly. A special thank you to Joana who recommended us a bunch of places nearby and to our next location! She was lovely and it was always there to help. The only downside was that we can hear the music from the streets until late at night but good earplugs do the trick. We would definitely book this place again."

I spent half my time exploring the north and the other half in the city center, and this location made navigating both areas seamless. The front desk team was incredible, taking all the stress out of my logistics by coordinating my transportation perfectly. Beyond the convenience, the hotel itself is beautiful. "The rooms, were clean, however they could seal up the wood better, as mosquitos can get in. The staff are very nice and try their beat. The pool is beautiful and the breakfast and food was great. "

"The hotel and the rooms are very beautiful, and it’s a great place for a relaxing “beach and pool” vacation. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, which was very nice. The cleanliness was reasonable, but we had to ask several times before the room was properly cleaned. The food is average. The breakfast is quite basic and the prices are high. The same applies to most food products in the area. If you plan to cook during your stay, it’s recommended to bring groceries from the city in advance."
