"We have stayed at this hotel previously. It has a good central location in Innsbruck with superb mountain views. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the provision of complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in the room is appreciated. Getting to and from Innsbruck airport is very straight forward as the bus stops for the airport bus, Line F, are right outside."

"The hotel was in a great location being right in the center of the Old Town. Our room was small but well equipped and laid out. The only knock on the room would be the carpet as it seen better days, but I'm still giving the hotel 5 stars because it was a very nice place to stay being close to everything, and the staff were great. "Very comfortable clean room in an area that's very central to shopping and lots of dining options. Convenient on site parking. There is a lot of construction in the area and a new building being built across the street so it is pretty loud during the day, but it gets better in the evening. "
