"The pool area is super small . For the size of the hotel it needs to be bigger . The food and drink was over priced. Just walk down a few blocks and you have better selection of food and cheaper ."

"Room across the beach. Room had no Air Conditioning when on the websites it says ALL rooms with Air Conditioning and some with fans also. Room had only 1 electrical outlet by the television. Very outdated furniture. No hot water either."

"The best of the property is its staff, friendly and always ready to assist with anything no matter what it is. The breakfast is basic but fresh, with that unique homemade touch and made to order. There's no live channels included, only apps, but who cares, no one would go on vacation to Santa Marta to stay in the hotel room watching tv. Special thanks to Geraldine and Kelly, they always went above and beyond to make my stay more enjoyable"
