“I have to admit I was not happy with my room. It was dated, with a non-working shower and full of insects, especially after it went dark. However, I cannot but admit that the people managing the property (a family of four plus staff) went out of their way to make this a memorable stay. “Das Hotel hat eine große Auswahl an Buffet, aber nicht wirklich viel Auswahl für Vegetarier. Die Sauberkeit war ok, man merkte, dass die Reinigungskräfte schnell und nicht gründlich im Zimmer arbeiten. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und vor Ort auch sehr hilfsbereit. Leider muss ich den Service des Hotels kritisieren, weshalb ich viele Sterne abziehe. Ich habe meinen Autoschlüssel im Hotel vergessen und dieser wird mir nicht zugeschickt, obwohl ich erklärt habe, die Kosten dafür zu...

“Das Zimmer war das Premium Zimmer für 4 Personen mit dem Pool direkt am Zimmer. Ich fand vorallem das Bad war wirklich in einem schlechten Zugang. eine Varietät von Fliesen in der Dusche, verfärbte Fußabstreifer, und man konnte die Rohre sehen unter dem Waschbecken, welche gelb verfärbt waren. Die Tür war auf der Innenseite demoliert. Außerdem hat der Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert denn er war zu kalt eingestellt. Das Personal an der Rezeption fand ich sehr unhöflich und ist auf meine Bitte...

“I thought it was a 5 star... it was not. The room itself was fine but the bathroom needs work. Must have plumbing issues as the bathroom (before being used) stinks. Sitting on the toilet is a tight squeeze because the sink is in the way. No towel racks or toilet paper holder..? Shower head is built for people under 5' 7". 2€ for using more than 2 nespresso pods. Staff were nice and friendly lobby was very fancy. ”

“Was a lovely experience, great staff... the only issue would be the pool was not open longer hours and not being able to see the children play as children should - eg; splashing in the pool - This is not an adult only facility, children should be able to play. Everything else was great. ”

“Aweful. How to make people feel like they haven’t paid enough to warrant good service. We just did Half Board- and clearly this hotel prefers AI clientele. Couldn’t get nice coffee because we hadn’t paid for some package, so instant only. Couldn’t get sunbeds near the beach because we hadn’t paid for some service. ”
