“This was an older property but it was quaint and super clean. The owner was so friendly and personable. She showed us around and made herself available for whatever we needed. The waterfall was right outside our room and it glowed at night under blue lights. It was exactly as pictured. We loved it and we will definitely come back!”

“I wish we could’ve stayed longer. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Every staff member was beyond helpful and friendly. Breakfast delivered to our door in the morning was healthy and delicious. Pool was clean and relaxing. The room was immaculate. We will definitely be planning a fall trip. Thank you so much. Places like this don’t exist anymore. We travel a lot. This place is truly a gem.”

“Very nice room with very good amenities. Charming western theme with a lot of really cool decorations. Close to several areas to eat, shop, and explore. I would definitely recommend this property for couples looking for something away from Helen, GA. It is only about 8-10 minutes to get to downtown Helen.”

“The hallway smelled like trash. Most of hotel let guest to get to room (if it is clean) by 1-2:00 pm They did not let us get in until 3:00 pm. talked to cleaner lady and said your room was empty and no guest were there.”

“Only stayed one night but the rooms were clean, quiet, and many choices at the free breakfast. The hotel had a nice indoor pool, good parking, close to all Helen has to offer and staff were pleasant and helpful. Great for families !”

“Someone was smoking in the room before our arrival and we couldn’t even stay there. We had to leave. It was difficult to reach someone, because apparently the building is abandoned by the the staff after business hours and I arrived after 4pm. There is a phone number you have to call then supposedly. The lady sounded arrogant on the phone. The room looked clean though.”

“This property was clean and a great value. The pool and breakfast options were good. It is a little further out from town, so the walk is a bit longer to the shops and restaurants but it’s close to the water park and tubing.”

“They only give one pillow per person. I thought I was sleeping in a prison bed 😜. The bed wasn’t comfortable and my body ache. The property is nice. They don’t have a pool , but a “beach”. We stopped by and visited it , but didn’t actually hang out there. Also, the door to the bathroom is a sliding farmhouse door with no lock. The ceiling isn’t straight, so there is about a 6 inch opening when you go to the bathroom because it is very hard to close the bathroom door, with the door falling off...
