"Very accommodating hotel. We were allowed to check in early. Location is very central. Staff is very courteous, respectful and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Room is nice and quiet, you cant hear an outside noise. I would highly recommend."

"Friendly (if delayed - 1 receptionist on duty dealing with a guests query) but our room turned out to have not been cleaned after the last guest! Quickly moved to another room that couldn’t be faulted. Good breakfasts and lovely staff. Very good location for the ferry port."
