"I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork. "I felt safe and comfortable at Eko Hotel. The staff was responsive. The facilities overall were clean. The breakfast was excellent and made our stay easier. I also appreciated their gym, which was well equipped. The lobby was usually bustling with conference and meeting attendees. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel overall is a great place to stay. I was transiting and it was very close to the airport. The staff was extremely helpful. Power switch in the morning was quick and efficient and the AC was cold. My only issue were the lack of towels for two travelers. The food was excellent. Great first time experience with Egusi soup and wheat swallow. The buffet breakfast was on point. Spice level was just there on the threshold for a visitor. Please have the pool renovations done so I can experience it next time. I attempted to leave a card for expenses for the restaurant but for some reason was unable to or maybe there was miscommunication. Otherwise, overall good experience. A good solid 3.5 hotel"

"The location is convenient if you’re looking for somewhere close to the airports. The staff I encountered were polite and friendly. However, the property is old and needs a lot of work. The rooms are moist and moldy smelling. The showers are raggedy and dirty. The rooms give 1990s motel vibes. The public areas are decent but the rooms need a complete overhaul especially for the price."
