Booked this hotel in February 2025 for a May trip. The elevator was not noted as being out of service at that time. The hotel would not refund the booking, so be aware that if you book 1 night or a year, you don't get a refund. PERIOD. Expedia was of no help and for them to allow hotels on their site with such a hideous no refund policy is absurd. Hotel floors are 4th and 5th so you carry your luggage up 5 flights and anything you do, requires 5 flights down and back up. Might be okay in a pinch but I do not recommend this facility. Enough dust under the beds to choke a mule. All sorts of policies that are not enforced, like people smoking on the floor and it comes into your room via the door gaps. Noise from gatherings on the floor by the elevator where the only real reception to wifi is available. Guards are nice and service people are nice. Desk and manager strict on food purchase and no refund.
