"The rooftop pool is very relaxing. We spent more time up there than we thought we would. Beach access was a little hard to find. Catching the bus into town was no problem. Lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance of the hotel itself, too. The street can be a little noisy but wasn't a problem for us. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffets had a variety of delicious options and one day there was even someone playing cello while we ate. By the way, the hotel entrance doesn't look like much and you may think you're approaching from a side entrance. Just take the lift or the stairs to the lobby on the third floor."

"There was no reason to leave the property during our stay. There was plenty to do for a family of 4. My toddler, 4 and teenager 14 both had a great time swimming at the pools and onsite entertainment. There was a family lounge where there are board games, pool, gaming consoles, air hockey, ice cream, candy and treats bar. There was plenty to do during the day, activities ranging from dancing lessons to water sports and workouts. One night they had a violinist playing at reception one evening. They have a calendar of events posted around the hotel so you can pick and choose what you'd like to do. You do have to make reservations for dinner but that was not a big deal. We tried the steak house, asian, and Mexican while there and we were surprised at the all inclusive quality. I am a vegan and they had plenty of vegan food options! At the restaurants there were designated vegan menus!! They have a vegan food truck that was open most of the day pool side! So many food options all day long. The gym was nice too! The staff were all friendly and there to help you. The beach is steps away and very clean and not crowded at all. Being pesos or dollars to tip out. We will be back next year! "We loved it . We stayed here only one night during our 8 day stay in Mexico. Very clean. Nice rooms with enough space. The mattresses are comfortable. The balcony is very nice and has a beautiful view of the ocean . The breakfast is good and the green juice is so yummy. They greeted us with delicious popsicles during our check in. They also gave us a bottle of wine. We will definitely stay here again. I like that it is a smaller hotel. The free parking is gated and so convenient. "
