“Great new hotel, pleasant staff, great gym, loved the rooftop bar.”

“It is a lovely hotel in Porto with great artistic taste. We’ve stayed in a family suite where we had two rooms, one in the 0 floor with a couch and a refrigerator, and another in the 1st floor with a bed and a bathroom. From the 1st floor, you can access the garden through the terrace. Breakfast is included in your stay and it was fabulous. It is in a 10 minute walking distance from the city centre. ”

“Air conditioning worked great. My dads shower only cold water the whole time. My shower was backing up grim coming up. Cleaning staff never refilled our water teas or coffee whole time we were there pretty much staying a week, did not do good job of cleaning, and would kick you out of your room to clean on their timeline. Left higher tips to see if that got better service on cleaning and it did not. The check in process was too clunky for my senior citizen dad to do so I had to do everything....

“Location was really good. Housekeeping needs improvement.”

O suporte funciona bem!!! ”
