"The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. There’s plenty of coffee shop and restaurants in the neighbor. 10 minute walk to a train that connects to another train going to the airport. Area is safe. There’s that banging noise coming from a street 2 nights in a row, couldn’t sleep. Overall, the property is very clean and Milena responded quickly to my questions. "

"Firts of all we came to the hotel at 10:00am. And the girl was able to provide us a room. Sadly i forgot her name, but we really apreciate this comodity. Desk people always helpful. At the time of leaving we left the hotel at 7:00am, and Hector was able to set up a picnick breakfast before leaving. That we really apreciate. Rooms always clean and towels changed every day. Those Dominican Rep ladies are excellent. Hotel clean, very modern and comfortable. Bed mattress also god. And enoght space to keep your belongins ready to use. In the rigth place if coming from the airtport and take the aerobus. Next to the plaza catalunya to go every where with metro. Great restaurants and atractions near. "

"This hotel was great, period. It is located in one of the best location in Madrid, 5 min walk to the Palace. And walkable to the big market, and close to metro, train, etc. The room was spacious with large king size bed. The staff were amazing and spoke very good English. Very helpful and respectful. I would stay there next time as well. "
