All rooms face the bay and had both a nice view and we're muiet - the ocean waves easily heard from your balcony which faced a public parks beach. Staff there was friendly and helpful. "A bit tricky if you don’t have a car. With that in mind, I can say that the room is bigger than most, the deep bath is nice and there’s free coffee/chocolate in the community room. Free single entry tickets to an onsen place within 5 min walk are also given at check in if you don’t want to make your way to Kannawa. The hotel seems to be making an effort."
