"The room is spacious. Onsen is warm and comfortable. The view from the open air Onsen is so amazing at night. The bar closes a bit too early. The service is excellent. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly, some do speak English. The pick up service is great. We are so grateful that they even drove us to the Beppu when we left the hotel. We are able to catch our express train all thanks to the staff who agreed to take us there. Great memories in Beppu and at the hotel."

"We checked in on a rainy day but thankfully don't have to wait very long. The room was ok but the windows were not cleaned.There were cobwebs and we found spider on the side of bed. Breakfast was good as there were a variety of it. We enjoyed the breakfast"

"A great stay - the staff were fantastic. The bath was stand out - incredible! We stayed in a Japanese style room, a lovely experience, very different to other hotels on our trip. Location was ideal for 5 of the 7 hells of Beppu, busses were regular and convenient, with a Lawson a short walk done the hill. Would recommend!"

"I spent two nights at this hotel and it had a great breakfast buffet with items labeled which I appreciated. There was so much food, it felt like a lunch buffet! Their check in was quick with friendly staff (that also spoke English) and I was able to borrow an iron. Room comes with a ipad for temperature control, check out (which didn't work for me). Amenities are great with a rooftop pool, coin laundry and small fitness center. You can also rent a yukata (summer kimono). I rented a room with a double bed for myself since that was all that was available when I booked and it was a large room with a corner sofa/table area, separate bathroom/bathtub and shower and also a seat at the vanity mirror. Would stay here again!"

"Very comfortable stay with a spacious room in a nice hotel. The public bath was great, and I appreciated the hotel policy requiring guests to remove their shoes upon entry to keep the facilities clean. However, the staff did not seem very friendly, appearing somewhat overburdened by enforcing hotel rules. As someone who works in customer service, I love seeing an authentic passion and personal connection with guests, which I unfortunately did not experience here. Due to the service, I would not consider staying at this hotel again."

"Hot sprong bath was amazing. Especially the private hot spring both "roten" and inhouse bath with variety of Hot Springs were easy to use and very relaxing. Free popsicles and ice cream service, free massage chair, and reading room with a lot of comic books werr also great. Air freshner using at public area sich as lobby and elevator was bad. I strongly suggest to change the Fragrance."
