"객실이 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 쇼핑몰과 뱃푸타워까지는 거리가 조금 있지만 충분히 걸을만하고 무료주차에 온천시설까지 만족스러웠습니다. 4인 가족 만족스러운 호텔 찾기가 쉽지 않은데 좋은선택이었습니다. "

I’m also thankful to the staff who kindly assisted with check-out and valet service around 11 a.m. on the 19th. While I may not remember every name, please know that we truly appreciated everyone’s efforts. As a five-star hotel, the facilities and services were, of course, excellent—but what made our stay truly unforgettable was the warm and genuine hospitality of the staff. My wife, daughter, and I were able to enjoy a wonderful, happy holiday thanks to all of you."
