"Hotel is near Beppu train station, is clean and has plenty of toiletries at the hotel lobby, so you don’t have to bring your own toiletries if you’re not fussy. Breakfast is included and the spread is decent. Onsen is the best feature of this hotel; my husband and son went every night. Highly recommend this hotel. 👍"

"Hot sprong bath was amazing. Especially the private hot spring both "roten" and inhouse bath with variety of Hot Springs were easy to use and very relaxing. Free popsicles and ice cream service, free massage chair, and reading room with a lot of comic books werr also great. Air freshner using at public area sich as lobby and elevator was bad. I strongly suggest to change the Fragrance."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were nicely made, the space was clean, and the bathroom was great. The location was super convenient, and we had a handy little kitchenette for tea and coffee. We did have a minor internet issue, but staff helped us resolve it. The only downside was that the self check-in process was a bit of a hassle. Overall, a really comfortable and pleasant stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The bed was so comfortable, the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The included breakfast had a very large selection of japanese and western items. The staff was really helpful and even run to us to offer an umbrella when they noticed we were going outside during heavy rain. I wish I had planned to stay for two nights instead of only one. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Beppu."
