"The most beautiful and relaxing ryokan. We had a very wonderful experience and stay at this place. Staff were very attentive, helpful and professional service provided. They took care of everything from the time we drove into the parking until we left, without needing us to ask or worry. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were immaculately presented and tasty. Everything was well organized and we were well taken care of. Thank you to all the staff. Highly recommend this place!"

"I really enjoyed the onsen, it has a sauna and a cold pool. However, the room is relatively small and the bed and pillow is only fair. BUT the staff were really nice."
