“Yoga heaven on earth. The moment I arrived I felt a nervous system reset. Very well kept and beautifully landscaped grounds- loved my king room - it was all perfect. Yoga all day, every day. Restaurant food only down side- they have a menu but I would recommend restaurants off property for dinner. Tuk tuk easy enough to get around. Beach didn’t seem worth going to, I’m not swimming with crocodiles. ”

“Great location at Samara. We had booked a room with balcony looking out to the street not realizing it’s a busy street. We got upgraded to a bigger room with pool view without any request. We appreciated that very much as e were tired that day. The ac in the room worked excellent, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Parking is across the street. We only stayed one night so did not get the a chance to try the restaurant, which looked great but can’t actually rate as we decided to...

“Loved our stay at Hotel Guiones. Spaciale was a terrific host. Such a great Nosara vibe - very jungly, beautiful pool, restaurant, close to the beach, well stocked with drinks, paths around the rooms were well maintained and we loved our room - unusual to find a place with 3 beds. But our little patio was the best (see photo). Highly recommend!”

“Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that...
