"No ice machine available on any floors to use,staff was to get me a little bit of ice still ended up going to buy some, hallways are very hot seemed not to have any climate felt like a sauna during the day. Also my shower had very low pressure and hot water was barley any other than that staff was very helpful with anything requested."
