“Lea Hurst is a fantastic place to stay , Quiet and secluded. The house is beautifully restored and the room was superb good views over the countryside,, Jen was a superb host and made us feel welcome in her home. Excellent breakfast and the canal path only 5 minutes walk through the garden. Good location for visiting all of the Peak District. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return ”

“good buffet breakfast with plenty of gluten free options including gluten free sausages, bread, croissants and porridge. We stayed in the Hugh Stewart House which is quite quirky early 19th century house with 4 suite rooms and its own reception, breakfast and kitchenette. Full of victorian gothic character and only 5 min utes walk from the main hotel where you can get breakfast. We ate in the hotel in the evening and the food again was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel is in the heart...

The EV chargers were easy to use and worked without issue. Just wish we could have spent some more time there to explore.”
