"The hotel was in a great location, situated above the Lovina market just beside the train station. Staff were super sweet, onsen and spa were very lovely. Breakfast was great and healthy options as well. I had a great time. Only downside was that the elevator is shared with the mall and sometimes took time."

"A lovely hotel by Lake Towada that is beginning to show its age. It’s a perfectly fine place to stay, and it’s in a nice location, but it feels so empty, having such a large hotel with so few guests."

"This is an historic and rustic natural hot spring hotel high in the woods very authentic. A hidden gem. The staff was super friendly and dinner and breakfast included incredible. The hot spring one hot and one warm great to spend lots of time- supper mmmmm. My favorite place this trip. Not new and fancy but relaxing and special"
