昔ながらの旅館

古い旅館ながら、清掃やリノベーションに力を入れている感じが伝わってくる。 ただ、滞在期間中たまたまなのか外国人宿泊者がいて、温泉のマナーが悪く楽しめなかったのが残念。 外国人宿泊者がいる時には温泉の見回りを増やすか、案内を外国語で記す等の工夫が必要だと感じた。 温泉は洗い場が少なく感じた。

駅も近く、駅にレンタカーもありアクセサが良かった、難を言えば 、新館のエレベーター前のホールの、高価そうなカーペットにシミがたくさんあり、専門の人にとって貰えば落ちるような⁉️勿体無いなと思いました❗️

お風呂と朝食

スタッフの方々は皆様、素晴らしかったです。 展望風呂は気持ちが良かったのですが、1階のお風呂は狭い、またドライヤーが1台しかなく、残念でした。 部屋にもドライヤーはありますが、出力が低いので長い髪の私には不十分でした。 テレビの映りが悪いのと残念でした。 朝食もあまり新鮮味がありませんでした。 ですが、本当にスタッフの皆様方は爽やかで素晴らしかったです。 ロビーのドリンクサービスも良かったし、それを部屋に持ち帰ることができることも良かったです。 何度も書きますが、スタッフの皆様は本当に感じが良くて、素晴らしかったです！！！ お世話になりました。

食事は美味しいです。

まず、車で行きましたが、正面入り口に誰もいないので、どこに駐車して良いのかわかりませんでした。結果的にはバレットパーキングでしたので、それも書いておいてくれたら良いと思います。食事はとても美味しいです。残念なのは、早く終わらせて欲しいのか、出てくるペースが早いので、途中でペースを落とすようお願いしたら、その後は大丈夫でした。部屋は綺麗でしたが、エアコンの効きが今ひとつであったり、ウォッシュレットの設置がガタガタしていました。フロントやスタッフの対応はとても感じよかったと思います。

階段の埃

従業員の階段に埃が溜まっていた。部屋のトイレの横の玄関奥に蜘蛛の糸発見。 花火は新館の展望露天風呂から綺麗に見えた。首都圏の花火と違い見物人が少ない感じだった。

諏訪湖を一望できる展望風呂

フロアスタッフの方々が暖かくそして親切に私たちを迎えてくださったおかげで、とても快適に過ごせました。 なめらかな泉質の掛け流し温泉は通好みで、さすが老舗旅館と感じさせてくれます。最上階の展望風呂からは諏訪湖を一望でき心身ともに大いにリフレッシュできました。願わくばもう少し浴槽が大きければなどとと思ってしまいましたが、だとしたらこのお値打ち価格では泊まれませんでしょうし、総合的にはとても満足しています。

Nice spa but dirty room

The hot spring was very comfortable, but the room was regrettable. It was soiled with brown water in the prepared teapot. Black mold generated a prepared moist hand towel.

露天風呂と食事がいい！

本館の部屋は広かったが、少し手を入れたらもっと快適な空間になると思う。新館の露天風呂が諏訪湖を一望できて気持ち良かった。食事が豪華で美味しく、中居さんたちがみんな優しい。ロビーは広々として心地良く、くつろげる。

今までで最高の宿

全てが素晴らしい旅館。 特に，フロントの方による利用案内の的確さには，舌を巻いた。 その他，衣類にブラシをかけたいが部屋には見当たらない，あれば利用したいと話した際には，旅館にはなかったらしいブラシを，なんとか手配してくれたということもあった。 この旅館に泊まることを目的にして，再度利用させてもらうと確信している。

最悪

hotel commさんの間違えで、全然違う金額クレージットカード895,000円落とされて、使えな日々がつづき、 最悪な旅行でした。仕事の支障もでてそしていまだに使えないです。

到達之後有職員代為泊好車輛，房間面積尚可。一泊二食的食物也豐富美味，由酒店到諏訪湖湖畔公園只需步行5分鐘，附近食肆林立十分方便。露天風呂在新樓頂層，可以一邊欣賞夕陽、一邊享受溫泉，一樂也。

上諏訪駅からも近く諏訪湖畔まで歩いて行けます。徒歩県内には長野県内の特産品の買える「くらすわ」(19時まで)や長野の蕎麦で有名なお店もあり、買い物や食も便利です。部屋はコンパクトですが、ダブルハベットで手足を伸ばせます。今回の部屋は新館でしたが、風呂やレストランは新館にあるので便利でした。少し残念だったのは 部屋が煙草臭かったのと、椅子や床などにしみが多数見られたりするのが清潔感に欠ける印象となってしまいました。駐車場も離れた場所あるので、ﾎﾃﾙの方に鍵を渡して移動して貰うことにくなります。

温泉の泉質がいい

諏訪にはたくさんの温泉がありますが、ここに泊まったのならここの温泉に入っておけばよい感じです。1階と7階にあり、7階は露天です。冬はみな1階に行くのか露天は空いてます。 一人部屋は小ぶりで、冬はやや暖房が効きすぎるかもしれないので、その際は窓の障子を空けるとちょうど良いです。 ホットコーヒーが無料で飲めます。セルフですがコンビニやマクドナルドのコーヒーと違い美味しいコーヒーです。日本庭園を見ながら飲めます。
