"The pictures looked better than the actual property. We stayed overnight on the 9th floor before our big flight home and I was disappointed at how dated the rooms and 11th floor restaurants in that tower were (straight out of the 1980s!). The hallways were dark and musty, too. The cafe and breakfast area on the first floor have been renovated so it’s bright and nice to eat in. If you have children, the pool is outdoors so it’s not open until July. The shuttle bus service is nice so you can get to the airport or Narita town center conveniently for free if you have time to do a little last minute shopping or sightseeing. Likely will stay elsewhere that’s newer even for just one night."
