Great hotel w/o "onsen"
The hotel does not have "onsen" (hot spring) at its own facility. However, it does not matter much since you may want to try famous and historical "onsens" in Dogo area anyway.
Room was clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and professional.
Only catch might be its Wi Fi speed.

Upon arrival the staff kindly informed us of our forwarded luggage from the previous hotel. Which was already placed in our room. Upon entry we noticed 1 piece of luggage was missing. I want to thank the staff of Dogo Yaya for their hard work in getting the luggage to our hotel within 24 hours of arrival. Service was amazing.
The onsen facilities around the hotel were good and the hotel provided the necessary clothes and towels.
The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods which we enjoyed a lot.
I highly recommend the hotel if you're staying in Matsuyama. Next time I will consider booking a night extra, 1 day was too short.

Good location and great amenities
Overall, a great hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the complimentary mandarin orange juice taps that were provided for guests. The hotel was also located in a good location which was near the onsens and convenience stores nearby. The shopping street was also a stone's throw away. Definitely value for money and will consider staying in this property again when I am back in the area.

I like the staff for greet us upon arrival. Breakfast is good. The welcome drink also good. Room size too small for 4 pax and I need to setup 2 tatami by myself. The overnight staff attitude is extremely bad. I shared in tripadvisor already.

建物や設備やスタッフの対応などはとても良い。
部屋は半地下のような激狭な部屋もあり、車で訪れる際はホテル周辺の道は激狭だと言う事もある。

ホテル自体は全てが素晴らしく、次回からも松山宿泊時は必ずお願いしたいと思います。
か、車で行ったのですが、ナビに入れたにもかかわらず、全く分からず、挙げ句の果てに細い道に迷い込んでしまい、バンパーを30cm以上の長さで傷つけてしまいました。
その時に側にいた方がとても親切に案内してくださって、なんとか辿り着きましたが、次回からも間違えずに着ける自信はありません。

二回目の利用です、坂の上にあるのですこし大変ではありますが、飛鳥の湯、椿の湯が近く便利です。道後本館も近いのとコンビニも近くとても便利でした。
浴衣も色が豊富、ミカン蛇口もある、タオルも種類が豊富で良かったです！
ただ前回も思ったのですが、ベッド上の棚がホコリが少しめだつかな、、、と。そこ以外は素敵なホテルでした！アメニティは豊富なので、ボディタオルがあると嬉しいです！

お部屋はかなり狭くバスタブも無いですがトイレが完全個室なのは良いです。
