"The employee are not kind.
They said I couldn't check out before 7 a.m., so I checked out the night before. And the next morning, when I left at 6:30, there was no one at the front desk, so I took water from the regri at front desk. Suddenly, an employee came out and asked why I was taking water as I wanted, and said that I had to ask for it first.
There was no one around at the time so I had no choice but she treated me like a thief and ask if I was a hotel guest.
The staff didn't even ask us again if we needed water as we left, and I continued my trip in a very bad mood all day.
Another problem is that the hotel front desk is not open 24 hours a day. Is this the guest's responsibility?
The room quality is not that good and the bathroom is too narrow. I will never visit this hotel again."
