"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "Great resort! Very family friendly, and very clean. We loved how prompt the transportation to the Disneyland was. Shuttle was leaving exactly on time, not a minute later. We will be back!"

"Very good hotel, excellent location for Disney, la Vallée village & shopping centre. Comfortable beds. Very busy hotel but not noisy. Car park available on site. Staff were very good and friendly all spoke English and French. The check in and out process was fast no waiting around. "

"Although this is on the cheaper end of the scale for hotels near Disneyland, it is actually a very good hotel. The beds are firm but you can sleep well in them after walking around the parks all day, really plump pillows as well. Only downside to the room is it DOESNT have air conditioning, it is just air flow which didn’t get that cold, lucky it wasn’t hot at night. The breakfast in the morning was good, staff just need to keep up with bringing out clean plates and cutlery to be used. Bar was a little expensive, £7.80 for a beer but you tend to get that because of it being near Disney. Free shuttle bus is a bit of a nightmare because it drops off at four hotels and customers are rude and just push by to squeeze on. We decided to walk back from the park one night which took just around 20 minutes. All in all, a good hotel and I would stay there again"

"Very convenient for Disney Paris with a free shuttle service. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast great quality and well organized. Pool area lovely for chilling; rooms a great size We saw some negative reviews which worried us but we would absolutely stay here again. It was calm and peaceful after busy days at the Disney parks. "
