"Property needs an upgrade. Breakfast was not okay. You have one person taking tickets, handing out plates (one by one) and trying to keep everything stocked at the same time?! "

"When I got up to the room I had to have the sliding glass door repair because it was partially open and there were stains on the carpet and the carpet did not look like it had been well maintained. I also had to have maintenance come and put a handle on the sink in the room for the main faucet because it was missing. The front reception area was very inviting but the rest of the hotel was dated and partially under construction and the room that I was assigned was supposed to have a king bed but instead had two full size beds. The staff was very very helpful though and was very accommodating with all of my requests. Also the elevator was not in very good condition and it also seemed that it was not going to be operative at times. In the picture it shows one of the plugs that was not working and the refrigerator TV and lamp were plugged into a power strip. Also the furniture appear to have been well used and or obtained from another property or clearance outlet."

"Ac was excellent is kept the room nice and cold. Definitely had the best price compared to near hotels. Can’t beat the price for sure. The room was also pretty clean."

"Was traveling on a tight budget and The Querque met our needs. We did request to switch rooms as the 1st one we were placed in smelt of a sewer smell when we entered. The staff was very accommodating in switching us to a different room. Later when there was an issue with the shower head, a maintenance person came quickly and fixed the issue. The water pressure was great. I read comments of tub not draining in a different review, we had no issues with that. The surrounding area feels questionable as its close to the freeway and the hotel itself is a very large dated property. But once we settled in, we were good. I didn't notice anyone sketchy during our stay. The time we traveled, there was plenty of parking available and decently lit as well. If entering from an entrance not through the front office, your room key is required to access the hotel. A safety measure I appreciated. We did walk the breakfast in the morning but we chose not to eat as it was a lot of processed carbs, (Cold cereals, breakfast breads). Both evening and morning staff were very courteous, professional and accommodating. I didn't know what to expect as it was our first time staying here and reviews were mixed, but content with our stay. "

"This was hands down one of the cutest and well redeemed motels I have ever seen. I was originally apprehensive with the location but was relieved after arriving. The rooms are super clean and fun, there is a neat dining experience on site with three eating establishments plus a bar if you’re interested. It made it very easy for us to not have to leave the area and be able to relax and enjoy a peaceful evening. The front desk also serves craft coffees as well as teas and offers baked goods as well. The only reason I gave a 4* is due to some night time noise with the locals and heavy footed patrons up stairs above us. The staff is awesome so it definitely made up for the rest and I will definitely be booking here from now on. Also, just an fyi, if you are in Albuquerque for health reasons and need multiple nights, the motel does offer discounts we were told. "
