"Overall just ok. The pool was only open periodically, and when it was it was cold and cloudy. Breakfast was understaffed and so food was always running out. Some days there weren’t full items even if you came down at the beginning of breakfast service. Housekeeping and front desk staff were helpful and cleaned room well. "

"Great place to stay. The General Manager is a great guy. Very professional and personable. All staff that we dealt with personally hvae been kind and helpful. Julian and Elias both went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. Definitely recommend staying at Sonesta if you ever travel through Albuquerque New Mexico. 5 stars!!!!"
