Unfortunately, the elevator was also out of service. We received a notification about the water shutdown shortly after checking in. Moreover, a spider was spotted on the bathroom floor, which could have been hazardous if not for the lighting. The bed and pillows provided were overly fluffy, and the noise upstairs was considerable. On the positive side, the building and lobby had a pleasing appearance, and the front desk staff were courteous."
