"Staff was incredibly rude and accuse me of lying about how many people were staying. My parents were helping me bring my kids and luggage in but were not actually staying. My husband then called the manager as he was not with us and she got mad and hung up on him We walked out and refused to stay. "

"The water slides were under renovation, would have been nice to have a notice about that. The pool was very cold; the rooms were run down and don't appear to have been deep cleaned in a significant period of time. The tv has some sort of mystery shut off set, there's no sleep timer or any timer set on it, it just shut off every 20 to 30 minutes."

"The breakfast menu was great ! The staff was friendly & our room was clean but could have used another bar soap. The parking was great lotsa room for parking! The only thing we can think of that was disappoiting was the pool & hot tub were not working was looking forward to have a swim & a soak !"

"The hotel was in a location convenient to everything. The room was freshly updated and the staff was great. The lobby was in the process of being updated along with other areas of the hotel. When the updates are completed the hotel will be even better. "

"Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted regarding compensation for the inconvenience. Never heard a word and upon follow up told sorry we aren’t the manager. Were in room 109 and the door needed to be body checked to close. Richard we met the first day, he was extremely helpful and catering. He told us he was just temporary helping out from Arizona. "

"The beds were small and the mattresses were hollowed out. We all sunk to the middle of the bed. The rooms are very tiny which is hard when you are traveling as a family. We were not notified before our stay that the pool was closed, which was the only reason we wanted to stay there. We won’t be staying again."
