Citadines Connect 5th Avenue puts you steps away from Time Square and so many of the city’s most iconic landmarks - very convenient location for anyone wanting to experience the energy and magic of NYC up close. Another reason i absolutely love this hotel is its proximity to my workplace - just a 5 mnts commute, which made my mornings wonderfully stress and traffic free. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible staff. From the moment i walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles, empathy and a clear desire to make my stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. A special shout-out to Rafael, the front desk manager, who went above and beyond to help fix a mistake i nade in the reservation. Thanks to his care and resourcefulness, he was able to accommodate my family for the weekend- something I’ll always be grateful for. To top it off, post stay i accidentally sent a lunch order to the hotel via Uber Eats. Most places would have simply discarded it, but instead the hotel contacted me and arranged to have it sent to my work location. That level of service and caring is truly rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. I will absolutely return and recommend Citadines Connect to anyone heading to the city!

Great location, beautiful hotel and walking distance to Rockefeller and wonderful restaurants around the area. Quick trip down 5th ave for some shopping.
