“I reserved my room and was told that they didn’t have any rooms available on the property upon my checking in. They had me wait for 30 mins to an hour for someone to take me to a different location. When the staff arrived, he didn’t introduce himself and just told me to follow him. As we walked out the gate, I thought they would at least provide transportation. Only for the guy to tell me that we’re walking to this undisclosed location in the night. I cancelled my booking. Very unprofessional!!”
