"Security is at an all-time low at this location. The peephole looks good from the outside of the door. However, there is only one entrance lock, no secondary lock, room is located outside without safety of being enclosed in main building, room has an offending odor. I immediately canceled reservation after only being in room for 3 minutes - clerk understood my complaints, but did not offer substitute solution. A disappointing example of Wyndham hotels. "This was a lovely stay! We were in town for a wedding, and mostly I was just looking for a place to sleep afterwards. However, we fell in love with this spot! It's beautifully decorated and everything is meant to make you feel at home in your own castle. Everything was sparkling clean and well thought out. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"I thought I would be getting more of a luxury experience but it was not it at all. The room was clean from the naked eye but I noticed the floors were dirty and the room had a smell to it. The air was NOT working. Maintenance tried to gaslight me into thinking it was the placement of the air but it was literally hot all night. I could hear someone snoring in the other room. Front counter staff was not friendly at all. When I came in, a woman was on the phone for at least 5 minutes. No acknowledgement of my existence, no “one moment” or even a finger to show she will be with me. She did apologize so I’ll give her that. Also had to pay a $75 pet fee for having my little dog in the room for one night, I guess that’s not her fault just thought that was a bit much when my dog was not even there with me my entire stay. Literally, just there to sleep and she was out early that morning. As far as the atmosphere, I felt very uncomfortable. Like I said, you smile and wave at the staff and they look at you like you’re crazy. It was very weird. My experience there was not a great one. Maybe my standards are too high but either way. I will never room at this specific location in Concord again. 0/10 experience."

"Room was clean, great access to I-85 and local shopping. Breakfasttime (in front of hotel) was wonderful. Did not use breakfast buffet as it only had eggs, biscuits and waffles. NO MEAT offered (except possible sausage gravy it appeared). Was missing 3 bulbs between two lights. Water pressure was a little low, so it shower head missing a few of the tiny rubber orifices made a big difference (dribbled). Good food close by, even grabbed a couples massage next door! Some of the staff were more helpful than others."

"We had a terrible experience with the check in staff. The room served it's purpose. Bed was comfy enough. The elevator was out, but the worst part was the staff member at check in. When we came back to the room after our event (close to 1am) our key cards were deactivated. Apparently, we were never checked in and our room was issued to someone else! They occupants walked in and saw our stuff then returned to the front desk. The check in girl was rude, argumentative, and then never actually checked us in! Terrible, unprofessional, and unsafe!"

"The room was spacious, clean and quiet, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was average. The eggs were hot and cooked perfectly but the potatoes were room temp. Kudos on the plastic ware (very sturdy), cannot express how nice it is to use plastic ware that doesn't bend/break with use. Orange juice was syrup like on the bottom of the cup. The room could use some maintenance as the ceramic coating in the bathroom sink is all cracked. And lastly, a night lite in the bathroom would be great! Overall, the room was definitely worth the price and I would stay again."

"Room was very clean and the night staff young ladies were very helpful and a delight. The breakfast was exceptional and the lady keeping the food stock for breakfast was very efficient she did not miss a beat. Would definitely stay there again. Plus is around any and everything"
