"Room was nice & clean. Loved all the old pictures of Elmira & Eldridge park as we were born there & lived in Horseheads NY. We moved to Myrtle Beach 12 years ago & came there for a family wedding & visiting friends. We called & was able to do an early check in, which we thought was great. The young lady was very cordial which we appreciated. She answered all of our questions. We arrived on a Thursday. so Friday morning we came down for breakfast & there was no one refilling any of the hot items & what was there was cold. The hot water wasn’t hot at all so we had to throw our oatmeal in the garbage. . Meantime I watch a person fill up her water jug with the juice we wanted and walked away. Our breakfast was a banana & a yogurt. Saturday morning we’re heading to Victor NY. Go to get in the shower & 2 minutes in the water goes cold on me… my hair full of shampoo. I literally had to turn the water off & wash my body & then had to rinse my hair & body with very cold water which I hated every second of! So now back to breakfast and there are a lot more people & once again, no one is there. to replenish anything… tried the oatmeal and same scenario.no hot water… There was no bananas so yogurt once again. We go to check out and I told the guy at the desk that I was very upset about the water being cold. His response? Oh yea when we have an issue with cold water & there are a lot of people that spent the night… very unhappy to say the least. No I’m sorry that happened to you…"

"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The hotel was clean, the rooms were really nice and spacious, and the staff was very friendly. The lady working at the breakfast buffet was incredible. She did not drop the ball for one second and worked so hard to make sure everything was taken care of. We actually felt a little sorry for her because she was handling everything on her own. Having someone there to help her would definitely make a difference. She deserves a lot of credit for how well she managed everything!"

"There was no power outlets or USB charging devices next to the bed for phones. The bathroom sink had a clog and was slow draining. The cost of the property for one night was way too high in my opinion, but had no other choices in the area. Breakfast was good. WiFi was good. Beds are very comfortable. Area is quiet and safe."
