“Our 16 yr old daughter got stuck in the elevator while we were trying to leave. She was in there for 45mins . Crying and so scared. The staff seemed unbothered. There was no sense of urgency at all. She is traumatized. I could not believe the way they handled this. Imagine if there was a fire or some other sort of emergency. Theres so many floors, you can't even take the stairs, theres like 8 or more floors of parking garage before you start at floor 1 of the hotel. One couple beside us ended...

“Our room was very clean snd comfortable. Comfortable beds and nice linens. The shower was a bit tricky to use but the water was hot. I wasn’t impressed by the additional parking fee but was able to find street parking easily but that also required additional payment. The breakfast was disappointing. It was a continental style with limited options. Nothing hot or made fresh. The staff didn’t acknowledge the guests and didn’t offer to help. I won’t be returning or recommending this property.”

“The staff are absolutely incredible here, they were accommodating and so kind. The rooms are great and the bath tub was awesome after a long day of walking. I suggest bringing ear plugs because you hear everyone’s doors open and slam shut all night long. The restaurant is delicious give it a try, it’s in a weird spot but great staff and food”
