โThe first couple of days I was there for business. Had a relaxed business center which was a nice addition over sitting in your room to do work. The location was perfect for walking and around and exploring. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel had a great vibe! Would stay again!โ
โWhen you visit Halifax, stay in nearby Dartmouth at Windmill Walk. You will enjoy a quiet neighborhood and a 10-minute walk to the ferry that crosses the harbor to downtown Halifax and the waterfront. Our second floor spacious apartment has large west and north windows. A small private deck is off the bedroom. This 1920s-era building is in great condition. Andy, our host who lives in the building, met us when we arrived and gave us a detailed orientation. He made us feel very welcome.โ
โOur check in was welcoming. Our room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was okay (no hot items like eggs or bacon). We would definitely stay there again. โ
โThe in-house bistro had an outdoor courtyard attached. It was delightful. The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. The Dartmouth location was very handy to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely go back. โ
